Traverse City
This Northern Michigan town is the heartland of cherry production in the United States. Being that cherries and chocolate is one of our favorite pairings, we pay homage to this city.
This bar is simple yet satisfying. Dark Chocolate bars are embelished with dried tart cherries and black walnuts (another ingredient at home in Michigan). Ideal for those days when you are seeking uncomplicated goodness and it pairs pefectly with a glass of red wine.
Ingredients: Cocoa Mass, Sugar, Dried Cherries, Walnuts
Produced in a facility that also processes nut products.
To improve chocolate's shelf-life, store in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is okay, but allow chocolate to come back to room temperature prior to enjoying. Extended periods of refrigeration may change the chocolate’s texture.
Our Origin dark chocolate can keep 6-8 months. Our Destination chocolates (because of the addition of fruits and nuts) are best enjoyed within 2 months. But we hope you won’t wait that long!
