There is no other way to describe our Fiji Forestero beans than as 'a chocolate lover's chocolate'. A very well-rounded flavor profile with nearly perfectly balanced aciditity and sweetness, it punches you in the face with its chocolatey goodness. This is a chocolate bean that is a sure crowd pleaser. I know some of you are looking for those 'unusual' flavors and this may seem lacking there because it is so well balanced. To improve chocolate's shelf-life, store in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is okay, but allow chocolate to come back to room temperature prior to enjoying. Extended periods of refrigeration may change the chocolate’s texture.
Our Origin dark chocolate can keep 6-8 months. Our Destination chocolates (because of the addition of fruits and nuts) are best enjoyed within 2 months. But we hope you won’t wait that long!
