Florence has long been considered Italy's top destinations for espresso and cappuccinos. It is from here that we take our inspiration for this bar. Along with our single-origin beans, we also add whole dark-roasted coffee beans directly into the melanger (not an infusion or extraction, the whole bean). This creates a flavor that is quite different from your typical mocha. To this, we add a touch of milk to soften the bitterness. Cinnamon and vanilla round out the flavor profile. Florence is one of our favorite bars by far.

To improve chocolate's shelf-life, store in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is okay, but allow chocolate to come back to room temperature prior to enjoying. Extended periods of refrigeration may change the chocolate’s texture.
Our Origin dark chocolate can keep 6-8 months. Our Destination chocolates (because of the addition of fruits and nuts) are best enjoyed within 2-4 months. But we hope you won’t wait that long!
