Our beans from Belize tend to be a popular choice - particularly among those seeking something a little different, but not wanting to stray too far from what 'traditional' dark chocolate tastes like. As you begin to savor a square, you are almost immediately hit with notes of tart fruit - namely dried cherry - that lingers with the deep chocolate flavor. The end note becomes slightly astringent but is well balanced with equal parts sweetness.

To improve chocolate's shelf-life, store in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is okay, but allow chocolate to come back to room temperature prior to enjoying. Extended periods of refrigeration may change the chocolate’s texture.
Our Origin dark chocolate can keep 6-8 months. Our Destination chocolates (because of the addition of fruits and nuts) are best enjoyed within 2-4 months. But we hope you won’t wait that long!
